He’s celibate

Mistake number 3:
He uses alcohol to ease the pain

In one trial, normal healthy men were given alcohol for 4 weeks…
And T levels began an immediate downward trend and continued to fall throughout the entire study period.

And if you’re drinking too much, you can count on the fact that this is happening inside you.

And here’s the death blow…
When you take unnaturally high levels of prolactin and combine them with unnaturally high levels of estrogen…
You mimic the hormonal state of a breastfeeding mother – even if you’re a man.

Testicle Stretching And Benefits

increase ball sizeI’m going to give you a testicle stretching tip that you should start using.

This isn’t a full blown scrotum enlargement plan, it’s more of a habit you’re going to get into, a ritual you do several times a day.

And this habit is going to give you a nice stretch and a little hormone boost as well.

And best of all, it doesn’t take too long to do.
Here’s the plan….

Wrap your thumb and your index finger around your scrotum above your testicles with your palm facing down.

Your fingers should be in the universal “OK” signal with the thumb and index creating a circle and the rest of your fingers pointing up.

Next, grip your scrotum firmly at the very top and slowly pull your fingers down until you reach your testicles, then gently continue to stretch.

Once you hit bottom, hold for 30 seconds. You can repeat this step if you have the time.

What you want to go for here is a nice stretch, but make sure you stop pulling once you start to feel discomfort, because you can do damage if you pull too hard.

Once you’ve finished this step your testicles and scrotum should be hanging down much lower than they were before you started.
This is your signal that it’s time for part two of this routine…

Grab your scrotum at the top again, then bend your wrist so your testicles are are facing upwards.

Then take the palm of your other hand and cup your testicles, then give them a short massage using a circular motion.

To increase sensitivity, make sure you squeeze your testicles tightly to the very bottom of your sack as you’re doing this circular motion.

They should be bulging out through the skin of your scrotum which will dramatically add to the intensity of the massage.

Testosterone Risks
Make sure you do this right, because it’s important.

This step brings on the hormone boost mentioned earlier, because that’s what testicle massages do, even short ones as long as you get the intensity right.

And the squeeze we just covered is what brings this intensity on.
